Want to see if your latest social media campaign had a positive impact on your footfall? Or perhaps you need to see if the sentiment around your business is affecting sales. You can upload any data that is relevant to your business, from car park stats to footfall, to Your report so that you can directly track it alongside your social media metrics.
How to upload your data
To upload a file you need to include two columns of data. First ensure you have a date column and secondly a column which shows your chosen data e.g. Transaction value or Visits. For the second column, make sure you don't add any symbols (such as % or £) otherwise the data will not import correctly. You can upload an Excel or CSV file, or link to your Google Sheets. We’ve provided a downloadable template already in the correct format that you can populate.
Ready to get going?
Head over to Maybe* on a desktop
Select ‘Reports’ and choose ‘Your report’
Scroll down to the bottom of the filters on the left hand side of your screen and choose the ‘Add your business data’ button.
Either upload the Excel or CSV file or connect a Google Sheet, or download the template
Pro tip: If you integrate a file from Google Sheets, any time you update the sheet, the new data will automatically be added to your report which saves you manually needing to upload a date file every week.
