On social media we can sometimes get trapped in the mindset that every post should sell. We forget that people sell to people. Your staff sell to your customers. 

Posting photos of your staff and work environment helps your brand’s personality shine through to your audience. It will make your employees feel valued and motivate them to repost to their own social media channels.

When posting about your staff, be sure to include a description of why you enjoy them working for you. You can even include little quirks or hobbies they have. These personal touches help your customers to feel more connected to your staff and the brand.
