Not every post you share needs to be brand new fresh content.

Evergreen content are those messages that reaffirm your brand and perhaps answer your FAQs. It’s information that you want people to have access to at all times. These messages can be repeated to ensure that your shoppers see them.

Try it for yourself.  Start by writing out ten evergreen messages. Here are a few examples:

  • A reminder to everyone shopping this weekend that we’re open 10am-6pm both Saturday and Sunday. Looking forward to helping you #ShopLocal #WDYT
  • Our returns policy is something we’re so proud of. You can return anything, at any time. #Customerisalwaysright #WDYT
  • We sell the highest quality chocolate anywhere in #Cheltenham. Come in for a sample and let us treat your tastebuds.
  • If you need a picture framed, we’d love to help. We’re quick, accurate, and we take the highest care with your pictures and family mementos. #ShopLocal #Framing

Post one or two of these tweets a day, mixed in with your other specific shopper, photo, GIF and video content. Make sure to keep an eye on what’s working. Tweak your messages and keep creating a store of evergreen content that you can use everyday.

Time saving tricks like this are not only helpful for you, but useful for your shoppers.
