No matter your business, you are an expert in your field. It could be fashion, books, or cars. It doesn’t matter what it is, you know your business better than anyone else.
The information you have on the tip of your tongue is interesting to your shoppers, so let’s share it. You know better than anyone the trends of your industry, the best selling items, or tricks to get the most out of your products. It may feel obvious to you but we bet it’ll be new and welcomed news to your shoppers.
Here’s how you can approach this:
- Think of a trend, best selling product or interesting fact about your business. Pick the first thing that comes to mind;
- Share it with your shoppers over Twitter;
- For extra impact, include a photo and tag in either a shopper you know would find it interesting, or a leader in your industry. If you have a great picture to go with it, you could also share this on Facebook and Instagram too, using the fact/tip as a caption.
Here’s an example for if you owned a fashion store: “We’re loving the Christmas trend of velvet this year. It feels so luxurious, don’t you think @Shopper123?” Then include a picture of a beautiful velvet dress or velvet handbag.
