The start of the year is the perfect time to do a social media audit. This ensures that each of your profiles are on brand and that you’re using the channels that make the most sense for your store. 

Try using this template from Hootsuite to perform a social media audit.  When doing the audit, ask yourself what the business goal is for each channel and create some objectives that will help you achieve these goals. 

How old are your customers? What social media channels do they use the most? What content do they like and share the most? Use this information that you have gathered about your customers, to help you create and share content that will keep them engaged with your channels and your business.
