Facebook announced in late 2018 that they were rolling out a new feature called ‘Recommendations’.
“Local business Pages have always been able to feature ratings and reviews on their Page, and now we are updating reviews to Recommendations. Customers can share richer feedback about your business to help you be more visible in your local community and attract more customers.”
Here’s a task for you if you haven’t been using recommendations yet: Check out the recommendations page here: https://www.facebook.com/recommendations and think about creative ways in which you can encourage your customers to leave you a great recommendation.
Recommendations are an invaluable way for potential customers to see the great things your customers have to say about you, which should encourage them to buy your goods or services, too.
