Have you ever heard of FOMO? It means ‘Fear of missing out’ which people can experience when scrolling through Instagram and seeing their friends having a good time without them. It’s the same for brands - using stylised images, gorgeous models and expensive products can make your customers feel isolated. 

To make your brand accessible and involve your customers, re-post user content that features your products or brand. 

Why not try asking your customers to post a picture of your product in action - for example if you’re a home retailer you could post this:

‘We love seeing how you’ve styled our products, tag us in any images (@USERNAME)".
