July 18

The beginning of this month has seen a host of new features go-live on the Maybe* platform. In this blog post, we'll give you a personal tour of the latest product updates and let you know what's coming next.

Rank is just one result

We have changed the main navigation to be ‘Results’ as we have realised ‘Rank’ is just one of the many results you can view on Maybe*. Your location also has a rank and you also have reports for your conversations and your chatbot (if you have one.) Futhermore, we have added a section where you can see all our case studies to get ideas to improve your results.

Case studies

We have now added a case studies section to our article collection. Here you can see how others were successful and get tips and inspiration.

New design for sharing graphs

Following feedback we have improved the design for sharing graphs and added a word limit countdown.

In development

  • Free tier - you will always be able to listen to your owned and keyword conversations for free
  • Ability to see your paid adverts in the new ‘Your content’ tab.
  • Custom indexes - these will allow you to benchmark yourself within a specific group. For example, if you are a jeweller you could compare yourself to all other jewellers in the UK. Or if you manage a shopping centre, you could compare all your tenants' activity.
  • Ability to download a summary report of all your data.
  • Benchmarking report which allows you to benchmark yourself against other businesses you are listening to.
  • Omni-search ability to search within your posts as well as for new users using the top search bar. We are also going to enable you to search for companies that don’t have twitter accounts.

We love hearing from our users. Please let us know any feedback or suggestions for features by hitting the blue message button in the lower right corner.

June 5

The beginning of this month has seen a host of new features go-live on the Maybe* platform. In this article, we'll give you a personal tour of the latest product updates and let you know what's coming next.

Actions is now activity

We have added a fourth tab so that you can keep track of your own content.

Download and share graphs

You can now download all your graphs using the download icon in the top right and you can share them on facebook and twitter using the icons in the bottom right.

Posts now in front of Engagement

Following feedback,  we have switched the way posts sit on the see what works graph so the data is easier to read. As you can see the posts dark purple line now sits in front of the light pink engagement line.

In development

  • Ability to see your paid ads in new ‘Your content’ tab
  • Following a request from a user, we are going to add in brackets the number of followers an account has next to the company name on activity page
  • Custom indexes - want to see where you rank out of all shoe stores - we are working on making this happen.
  • Ability to download a summary report of all your data

We love hearing from our users. Please let us know any feedback or suggestions for features by hitting the blue message button in the lower right corner.

May 20th

The beginning of this month has seen a host of new features go-live on the Maybe* platform. In this blog post, we'll give you a personal tour of the latest product updates and let you know what's coming next.

Actions page

We've made it easier to sort through your conversations by adding three tabs to your actions page - social inbox, engage and listen:

  • The ‘Social inbox’ tab is where you can find what people are saying about you along with any comments and replies to your posts.
  • The ‘Engage’ tab is for conversations you want to actively engage with - from here you can like, share and comment on posts.
  • The ‘Listen’ tab is for conversations you just want to listen to e.g. your competitors.

Engage or Listen

Now, when you add a new conversation you can sort it by what you and your team want to engage with vs what you want to listen to. By default, they go into engage tab.

Assign tasks to your teammates

Using the 'assign' button you can now assign an action to a teammate.

Click the 'assign' button to select who you want to assign the action to and write a short note to let them know what you want them to do.

When an action is assigned it will be moved to the top of the tab of the person it is assigned to and display the note.

You can also filter by tasks assigned to you, all, unassigned or any of your teammates.

Other updates

Actions page

You can now sort your posts by 'most engaged' so you can see which posts are best.

Search

Search for hashtags as well as businesses and people in the search bar.

Data

You can now see data from when Maybe* began listening to a conversation.

In development

  • Within actions, there will be a fourth tab that shows you how your own content and social adverts are performing.
  • The ability to download and share graphs as an image.
  • Following feedback,  we're working on switching the way posts sit on the see what works graph so the data is easier to read.
