Take care of your customer feedback on social media by responding to comments and mentions first. Then start to grow your visibility and reach (the number of people who see your content) by engaging in other conversations relevant to you and your business.

Where do I start?

Maybe* is always best viewed on a desktop. Choose Engagement from the top navigation.

Comments displays all the comments you have received on your social media content, and Mentions all the conversations where you have been tagged or mentioned. Engaging means to like, comment, share, retweet and reply. This helps you build relationships with the customers and other businesses who have taken the time to engage with you and shows them you care about what they have to say.

  • Click ‘Engagement’, then choose ‘Comments' or 'Mentions'

What next?

Think of your Maybe* Engage page like a networking page, and like all networks, you get back what you put in. When you engage with other people, they are more likely to reciprocate and engage with your conversations which in turn increases your reach and engagement.

Your Engage page also collates all the social media conversations you have added to groups. These could be competitors, influencers, hashtags or other businesses. You’ll find these in the groups tab. Learn more about groups.

It is likely that you will share customers with other businesses near you. You can also identify conversations in any location to engage with and start building relationships with those businesses. The locations tab shows you the conversations near you that are the most engaging. Join in these conversations as it will help other customers and businesses discover you.

Be authentic, genuine and ensure what you are contributing is relevant.

  • Head over to Maybe*

  • Click ‘Engagement’, then choose ‘Engage’’

  • Choose either the Groups or Locations groups tab. You can choose the business category, select national or local businesses and even filter by Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
