Listening to conversations around your organisation and it's interests allows you to become a part of that wider conversation. The more you listen, the more you learn.

Adding conversations to your Monitor tab in the Maybe* platform allows you to keep an eye on conversations that you don’t necessarily want to engage with. An example might be to track your competitors activity. Doing this will allow you to be inspired by what’s working for them, and learn more about what best engages their customers or followers.

Use the Maybe* search bar to find the businesses or people that you want to monitor and add them to your account. You can also use the search bar to add hashtags you’d like to monitor.
