You can now select the conversations that are a priority to you so that they appear at the top of your Engage tab when you sort by ‘My priorities.’ This means you can make sure you (and your team) are engaging with the most important conversations first.

Go to Engagement/Engagement priorities:

You will then be able to toggle the conversations that are most salient so you see these first when you or team come to engage each day.

You can set the conversations you wish to 'monitor' or 'engage' by just searching the organisation, person or hashtag using the main page search bar, you are then invited to select 'engage' or 'monitor' and add to a Group if you wish to keep certain conversations together.
