When adding a Instagram Business profile to Maybe* reporting, a social feed is automatically added to your dashboard. To add an Instagram Business profile to Maybe* reporting, see Add an Instagram Business Profile
Comments on Instagram posts can not be deleted or edited from within Maybe* reporting after being sent.
When replying to a comment on Instagram, an @ mention will not automatically be added. To alert the user you're replying to, please add their @ mention at the beginning of your reply.
DMs are not currently available for viewing/replying.
To view your Instagram Business Profile feed, go to Activity > Social Feeds.
Select an Instagram Business Profile that you want to read and respond to comments on.
Here is where you can view the posts on your Instagram Business profile.
Within the social feed, you’ll have the ability to Add or Reply to Comments on the posts. To reply to a comment on a social post select the add comment button and write your reply. Once you are ready select add comment. This will then post your comment on the post. Within the Maybe* reporting & comments dashboard you can only reply to comments on your social media feeds. You can not reply to comments made on paid social media ads. To view comments on your paid Facebook & Instagram ads you must go to your Meta Ads Manager.
You can also delegate responding to messages by clicking on More > Assigning the message to another team member.
