Social Planner provides you with all of the tools necessary to engage and interact with your audience through X (Twitter). Add all of your posts from X profiles to make sure you never miss an opportunity, and easily respond and start meaningful conversations at any given time. Use Social Planner to post, like, and repost your fellow community members for maximum engagement! You can also follow up on each post with comments to show you truly care about their opinions.

If you don't have any social media account connected yet, you will see this page, click on the X (Twitter) icon in the wizard with connect option as shown below to start setup.

If you already have an account connected, click on the Setting option (Gear icon) at the top right corner of Social Planner.

The next step is to click on Connect a new X Account on the table as shown below to manage.

When you choose to connect your X account, you will first need to fill in your username and password. Then, you will need to authorise permissions with Lead Connector by selecting the blue Authorise App button.

Once you’ve authorised your account, you will be able to select the pages you would like to connect to. When you’ve successfully connected your X account, you will see it in the list of connected accounts. If at any point you would like to add a new X account or remove one, select the settings icon where you can make any changes necessary to social account connections.
