Using Bulk Actions with Contacts or Smart Lists, you can perform multiple one-off actions on your chosen contacts. Here’s how to send a one-off SMS to multiple contacts:

Click "Contacts"

Select the contact(s) that you wish to send a one-off SMS.

Click the "Send SMS" button.

Click "Ok, proceed".

Click the "Type a message" field.

Type an SMS message.

Click the tags icon to insert Custom Values / Merge Fields into your SMS.

Hover over "Contact", then "First Name," and click "First Name" to insert the contact's first name in each message.

Click pin icon to add to your SMS.

Click the emoji icon to add emojis to your SMS.

Select the emojis you wish to add to your SMS.

Add all at once - Perfect for sending out a handful of one-off SMS messages.

Add all at a scheduled time - Perfect for sending out a handful of one-off SMS messages in the future.

Add in drip mode (RECOMMENDED) - Perfect for sending out even large quantities of one-off SMS messages in bite-sized batches over a specified interval (e.g. send batches of 1 review request via SMS every 5 minutes).

Click "Send all at once".

Click the "Action" field.

Type a description for the action (to be shown in tracking report).

Click "Send SMS".

Click "Ok".

Click "Send all at schedule time".

Click the "Action" field.

Type a description for the action (to be shown in the tracking report).

Click the "Start On" field.

Click the "Start On" date and time.

Click the "Green Tick" button.

Click "Send SMS".

Click "Ok".

Click "Send in drip mode".

Click the "Action" field.

Type a description for the action (to be shown in tracking report).

Click the "Start On" field.

Click the "Start On" day and time.

Click the "Green Tick" button.

Click the "Batch Quantity" field.

Click the "Batch Quantity" field.

Type in the Batch Quantity. Batch quantity is how many text messages you want to send at a given interval. For example, if you wanted to send 1 SMS every 5 minutes, the batch quantity would be "1".

Click the "Repeat After" field.

Enter the "Repeat After" quantity.

Click the "Days" dropdown.

Select the "Repeat After" frequency.

Select the days you would like your drip sequence to go out on.

Click the "Start From" button.

Select the "Start From" time.

Select the "End At" dropdown.

Select the "End At" time.

Click "Send SMS".

Click "Ok".
