Doesn't Have a Tag
By selecting the "Doesn't Have Tag" filter option, this workflow will ONLY be triggered when you add notes to a contact that doesn't have the tag you specify in the filter area.
Trigger notes without tags
Has Tag
By selecting the "has tag" filter, the workflow will only fire when a note is added to a contact who has the specified tag.
