The Task Added trigger is utilised when there are one or more actions to be carried out after a task is created in the system. Depending on the task requirements, additional filters can also be added. To begin, click on Add New Workflow Trigger, and select Task Added under Choose a Workflow Trigger.

The "Assign User" trigger allows you to trigger the assignment of a Contact to a User based on a condition of your choice. Simply select a team member from the dropdown to select the assigned user.
