When building workflows and adding triggers, you will notice a category named Membership. Within this category you will see triggers including category completed, membership new sign up, offer access granted/removed, product access granted/removed, product completed, and user login.

​Category Completed​

The Category Completed workflow trigger functions when a specific group of products, referred to as a category, is finished or fulfilled. This trigger automates actions or responses based on the completion status of product categories, allowing your team to stay informed about the progress of various items within your inventory.

​Membership New Signup​

The Membership New Signup trigger activates your workflow when a customer or potential lead signs up for a membership. This trigger allows you to automate actions or responses as soon as a new member joins, ensuring that your team is promptly notified and can efficiently welcome and engage with the new subscriber.

​Offer Access Granted​

The Offer Access Granted trigger is activated when a customer receives access to a specific offer, subsequently initiating the corresponding workflow. This trigger enables you to automate actions or responses related to granting offer access, ensuring that your team stays updated on customers who have been given access to special promotions or exclusive content.

​Offer Access Removed​

The Offer Access Removed trigger initiates a workflow that revokes a customer's access to a particular offer. This trigger allows you to automate actions or responses related to withdrawing offer access, ensuring that your team is informed about any changes in a customer's eligibility for promotions or exclusive content.

​Product Access Granted​

The Product Access Granted trigger activates when a customer receives access to a specific product, subsequently initiating the designated workflow. This trigger enables you to automate actions or responses related to providing product access, ensuring that your team remains informed about customers who have been given access to certain items or services.

​Product Access Removed​

In contrast, the Product Access Removed trigger initiates a workflow when a customer's access to a particular product is withdrawn. This trigger allows you to automate actions or responses related to removing product access, ensuring that your team stays updated on any changes in a customer's eligibility for specific items or services.

​Product Completed​

The Product Completed trigger comes into effect when a customer completes a product, subsequently initiating the specified workflow. This trigger enables you to automate actions or responses related to the completion of product access, ensuring that your team remains informed about customers who have fully used or consumed certain items or services.

​User Login​

The User Login trigger activates the workflow when a user signs in to their membership account. This trigger allows you to automate actions or responses related to user login events, ensuring that your team stays informed about member activity and engagement within your platform.
