The Category Started workflow trigger is activated when you start a category of particular products. To initiate this process, click the Add New Workflow Trigger option and choose Category Started from the available selections. By utilising this trigger, you can effectively monitor the start of your product categories and implement appropriate actions, leading to enhanced project management and timely product development.

You can add filters from here by clicking Add Filter and selecting Product. Next, you will need to select ‘Is any of’ or ‘Is none of.’ Your next step in setting up your trigger is to select the product category you’d like to trigger your workflow.
