Within the Reporting & Comments dashboard of Maybe* here is some information on the data that is pulled.

How long is reporting data stored?

We currently store reporting data for 90 days as standard.

If you need to store data for longer periods, you can export it and store it on your computer as outlined in this article: How Do I Export Information As A CSV File Or HTML?

How far back can we pull in data for reporting?

Facebook

We can report on a maximum of a 90-day increment based on whichever dates are chosen.

Instagram

We can report on data for as long as the profile has been connected. Therefore monthly, quarterly or annual reporting is possible. The reason for this is partly due to API (how third parties connect to social sites) restrictions and partly due to a choice that Sendible has made.

LinkedIn

We can report on data for as long as the profile has been connected. Therefore monthly, quarterly or annual reporting is possible.

However, on the first of the month, LinkedIn data is not 100% available for the previous month. That means if you are reporting on the 1st day of the month, say the 1st of February, for January data, it will not be accurate. It will be accurate if you report January numbers a few days later while they compile the data up to the end of the month.

How far back can you report when looking at downloaded data?

For downloaded data, it can go back as far as the account has been opened and from the time that the profiles have been reconnected. However, in most cases, you will only be able to export data for the previous three (3) months.

Important: Regardless of when the social profile was connected, the furthest back that reporting data is available is 24 months.
