The Maybe* Reporting & Comments Dashboard offers a flexible report builder, allowing you to create customised reports tailored to your specific needs. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of starting a report from scratch using the Report Builder.

Step 1: Accessing the Report Builder:

  1. From within your Maybe* account select Reporting & Comments

  2. Navigate to the 'Reports' section of the dashboard.

  3. Click on the 'Report Builder' option to initiate the creation of a new, blank report.

Step 2: Naming Your Report:

  1. Give your report a name that will serve as a reference within Maybe*.

  2. This name is for internal use and won't be displayed on the report itself.

Step 3: Adding a Title to Your Report:

  1. Provide a title for your report. This title will be displayed on the report and included on the cover page.

  2. Make sure the title is clear and concise, summarising the focus or purpose of the report.

Step 4: Selecting Layout:

  1. Click the 'Select Layout' button to choose the layout for your report.

  2. We recommend using the 1-column layout for simplicity and clarity.

  3. Click 'Create Report' to proceed with your chosen layout.

Step 5: Adding Modules:

  1. After creating the report, you will be presented with the 'Add modules' dialogue box.

  2. Choose the modules you want to include in your report. The top modules to consider include:

    • Engaged Users: This can build a report to help identify your most engaged users and their comment activity.

    • Content Habits: By selecting content habits you can this to your report to explore the best times and days for you to post to get the most engagement.

    • Audience Growth: By adding this to your report you can track audience growth across all social channels.

    • Audience Engagement: Adding this to your report allows you to analyse days with the highest engagement and the types of engagement.

    • Activity Overview: This is a great module to add to your report to get a summary of your engagement, audience, mentions, and messages.

Step 6: Review and Finalise:

  1. Once you've added the desired modules, review your report to ensure it aligns with your objectives.

  2. Make any necessary adjustments or additions to enhance the report's relevance.
