Orders - Overview

The orders tab allows you to manage all of your orders within the system.

By navigating to the Orders section located under the Payments tab in your CRM, you can efficiently monitor and manage order form submissions originating from both funnels and websites. This centralised location allows for seamless tracking and organisation of all your customer transactions, ensuring a streamlined workflow and effective resource management.

Search

Use the search bar to search for a specific order by entering the name of the customer.

Date Range

Select "from" and "to" dates to be able to view the orders during a specific calendar period.

Filters

  1. Order Status

    By clicking here, you can filter the order status by showing; All, Pending, Completed, or Cancelled.

  2. Payment Mode

    If you want to see your orders that are in Test mode or live mode simply filter using the Payment mode.

  3. Source Type

    You can also filter your order based on the source type by clicking here; Website or funnel.

Download

In order to obtain a copy of the order list, all you need to do is click on the designated download link. By doing so, you can effortlessly save and access the information at your convenience, allowing for easy management and analysis of your orders.

Order Table

This is the Order table and below are its constituent parts;

  1. Customer

    The names of customers who placed an order will show here.

  2. Source

    The source where the order was placed will be seen here.

  3. Items

    The item purchased by each customer will be listed here.

  4. Order date

    The date the order was placed will be shown here.

  5. Amount

    You can see the amount for each item/order purchased.

  6. Status

    Here, you can see the status of each order if it is "Pending", "Complete", or "Cancelled".

More Action

On the far right of each order you will see three dots. Click on the dots to view order, view customer, or view source.

View Order

Here you can see the order details for each of the customers;

  1. Internal Order ID

    Here we can see the internal identification number of the order made.

  2. Order Date

    You can see the date and time the order was completed.

  3. Total Amount

    You can see the total amount charged for this order here.

  4. Order Information

    You can see the name of the product name, product quantity, price, setup fee,

  5. Customer's Information

    You can see the customer's name and email. When you click on the URL arrow, it directs you to the Contact details section.

  6. Source

    You can see the source; type, sub-type, identification (click on the ID to direct you to the Funnel the contact is linked to), name, step ID, and page ID.

  7. Subscription

    You can see the provider & subscription ID, the date and time the recurring subscription was created, the amount, and the subscription status (Active or failed). You can click on the subscription ID or status to direct you to the Subscription section

  8. Transaction(s)

    You can see the provider & charge ID, the date and time the transaction was made, the amount, and the subscription status (succeeded). You can click on the stripe ID or status to direct you to the Transaction section

View Customer

If you want to edit the customer's details, click on this "view customer" button to direct you to the Contact details section.

View Source

Clicking on this button directs you to either the funnel or website section, you can make any edit there.
