Managing your smart lists is a breeze when you navigate to the Smart Lists section located under the Contacts tab in your CRM. In this area, you'll have access to all the smart lists you've previously created, allowing you to view and edit them as needed.

Info you can collect in your smart list include:

Tag(s) applied
Custom field(s)
Pipeline stage
Pipeline status
Finding contacts that

  • Do or don't have an email address

  • Have a particular area of interest based on past purchases

  • Have replied to a form or survey in a particular way
