This runs when a lead submits your Facebook form.
The Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger will run your workflow when a Facebook form is submitted.
If you are running Facebook lead form ads and have not yet mapped your fields, visit the Integrations tab in your CRM under Settings and go to Facebook Form Fields Mapping. This will ensure that all the information collected in your Facebook Lead forms gets integrated into your CRM.
To start setting up your workflow, click Add New Workflow Trigger and select Facebook Form Submitted.

If you want a specific lead form to trigger your workflow, click Add Filter and select Form Is from the dropdown menu. From there, you can select the Facebook lead form that you’d like to trigger the workflow.
